The Disordered Episcopal Chuch
As an Episcopalian, I have been dismayed by the recent actions at General Convention '06. Just when I thought the church had begun to address inclusivity, the final resolution came as a slap in the face. There has been a rise in the clericalism of the church for some time, but the actions of thge presiding bishop and presiding bishop-elect shows clearly the direction of the church. Gay and lesbian memebers have been betrayed by our leader bishops for seats at Lambeth. I can no longer be an Episcopalian.
